You have a small waist which often sits high, wider hip area than top half often wearing a size or more smaller in your top half. Buying trousers can be a nightmare for you!

High-waisted trousers and belts are your friend as is anything with structure or detail to the shoulder area such as structured blazers/jackets or ruffles/puff sleeved tops which creates volume on your top half.

Bold, bright print tops keeps the focus on your top half and waist creating balance and proportion for you. Straight leg and wide-leg style trousers and A-line skirts are very flattering for your shape.

Best to avoid pencil skirts, trousers with baggy pockets/bulky buttons/zips/details on the hip area, very skinny styles and fishtail shapes as this adds volume to your wider bottom half.
